At 4.30pm 18th June 2012 a young female was followed from Harvest Close Bingham, and onto Carnarvon Place via Garden Road.  She was followed by a male described as
White, 40-60 years of age.  Grey hair, short but not close cropped.  He was unshaven and his stubble was described as being darker in colour as his hair.  6'2" tall, proportionate build.  Wearing a black wasit length leather jacket described as very dirty with a black hooded top underneath.  He is desrcibed as wearing brown/black trousers, possibly jeans that are described as being too tight and too short, stopping just above the ankle.  Also stated as being quite dirty.  On his feet he was wearing shoes described as casual training shoes, but not sporty that were brown or black in colour and described as being very old looking.
Nothing was said to the girl and she was unharmed.
