There has been a recent increase within the Borough of Rushcliffe of theft from motor vehicle
Owners of vans are most at risk with offenders focus on looking for work tools

Please ensure that you lock / close doors , boot , windows and sunroof , That your vehicle is parked in a well lit area , always use the security devices fitted and where possible remove mobile phones , satelitte navigation systems and any valuable tools

If you know of anyone with a van please make them aware of this current crime trend
