Householders are asked to be extra vigliant with home and vehicle security. There have been a number of incidents of home and car breaks.

Please ensure all doors and windows have sufficient locks or bolts. This includes any out buildings such as sheds or garages. Keep windows locked when out or in other rooms in the house. Don't leave any valuables on show, including car keys.

Witnesses or anyone with information is asked to call Nottinghamsire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
