Crime Report - Ashfield South, for the week to Thursday 9 June 2016

Crimes reported over the past seven days.
Burglary Dwelling
Between 1.40am on Friday 3 June and 7.20am on Saturday 4 June in Annesley Road, Hucknall, the back door to a house was smashed to gain entry. A TV, car keys and a BMW car were stolen.  Also taken was a blue Suzuki motorbike and keys.
Burglary Other
Between Wednesday 1 June and Monday 6 June a container was broken into and a petrol hedge strimmer and two leaf blowers ( Makita and Black & Decker) were stolen.
On or before Thursday 2 June at Hucknall Town Football Club, Watnall Road, Hucknall, the club was entered via the home team dressing room.  Nothing was taken but damage was done inside.
Between 5.00pm on Thursday 2 June and 7.30am on Wednesday 3 June at New College Nottingham, Portland Road, Hucknall, the premises were entered by forcing a ground floor window.  An alarm panel and two sensors were damaged but nothing was taken.
Theft of motor vehicle
Between 11.00pm on Wednesday 1 June and 2.00pm on Thursday 2 June in Goodall Crescent, Hucknall, A Carlton Dispatch van (blue, marked with yellow chevrons) was stolen from the roadside.
Between 2.00am and 11.30am on Sunday 5 June in Knightsbridge Gardens, Hucknall, a blue Suzuki EN125 motor bike was stolen from the garden of a house.
Theft from motor vehicle
Around 9.15am on Monday 6 June in Sandy Lane, Hucknall, A British Championship competition motor bike, with a red frame and race number 23 on the front and side panels, was stolen from the back of a vehicle parked at the road side
Between 5.00pm on Monday 6 June and 6.20am on Tuesday 7 June in Shelton Avenue, Hucknall, A ford Focus was broken into. A pink Next handbag containing glasses and a makeup bag was stolen.
In three of the incidents reported this week motor bikes were stolen.  We would ask owners to make sure their bikes are always locked and secured.  And when not in use kept in a secure garage or shed.
Between 3.00pm and 5.00pm on Saturday 4 June, at the Net Tram car park, Baths Lane, Hucknall, a silver Reebok Argon mountain bike, secured with a chain, was stolen.
