The Torch Relay Community Village will act as a showcase for the numerous sports and related groups which Market Harborough  and the surrounding villages has to offer to residents and children.  We are open to any assistance or offers of support however you feel you could help on the day to showcase your group.

If you would like your sports association or local group to feature at this event by perhaps performing or exhibiting on the day, please contact us by emailing

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Your chance to welcome the Olympic Flame a be part of history, so save the date, rally your mates and line the streets. You can help light the way and put your community on the map. We’ve got lots of ideas of ways to welcome the Flame, from bunting to face painting.
