WEEKLY UPDATE

Update for 16/04/2012 – 22/04/2012

CRIME UPDATE

Between the above dates there has been 3 crimes of note in the Attenborough and Toton / Chilwell Meadows area.

A vehicle has been damaged on Stapleford Lane, Toton. Someone has spray painted the bodywork to the vehicle and also smashed the front windscreen.

A vehicle has also been damaged on Hickton Drive, Chilwell Meadows where it appears that someone has used a key and has scratched the bodywork to this vehicle.

Finally, a recycle bin appears to have been stolen from a house on Leafe Close, Chilwell Meadows.

If you have any information on who has committed these crimes or any other crime then please contact the Local Beat Team or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Please ensure that doors and windows are locked and if you have an alarm then it is set. If you do not have a house alarm then please consider installing one. Also please ensure that all items are removed from your vehicle both when parked at your home and elsewhere.

OTHER ITEMS

Police Surgery – No new dates have been set for the Police Surgery. New dates will be arranged and advertised via Neighbourhood Alert.

Crimestoppers – if you have any information about crime in the Attenborough or Toton area then please ring free on 0800 555 111. Crimestoppers is anonymous and you could claim a reward.

Schools Parking – Please ensure that if you are dropping or collecting children from school then you park sensibly and do not put either your child or someone elses child in danger.

Neighbourhood Alert – Please encourage residents to sign upto Neighbourhood Alert as I would like to increase the members in the Attenborough and Toton area.
